Since 1986, owner and Certified Esthetician Kim Boughner has offered a calm, personal escape where your needs come first. This quiet, one-person spa is a retreat from the everyday—no distractions, no rush, just treatments designed entirely around how you feel.

Kim took over Beauty Total from its original owner, Joan Kendellen, who opened the spa in London, Ontario, in 1979. Since then, Kim has cultivated an atmosphere where clients can truly relax, knowing they will never be treated like a stranger and that every detail of their care is handled with attention and expertise.
